Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Returns/Refunds

We will accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Merchandise received as a gift may be exchanged only; no cash refunds will be given for gift merchandise. You may return merchandise to our store in Brunswick, Maine or by mail. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, please call us at 207-725-4888 or 800-758-3520 and we'll cancel it. If the order is already in transit to you, we'll refund your order once you've shipped it back to us. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and any information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We maintain a record of your order history, but do not maintain your credit card information. We do not sell our customer list to other companies.
